1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, work in the same way. In this policy, “cookies” covers all of them.
2. The cookies Vettro uses
Essential cookies only. Browsing Vettro's public pages without logging in sets no cookies. Login cookies are set only when you log in, create an account or ask for a password reset.

Your choices in the Web App (such as the Simple or Detailed view) are saved in your account. Where the Web App saves a choice in your browser's local storage instead, it's only one you made yourself, it stays on your device, and it isn't used to track you.
Because these cookies are strictly necessary for the service you asked for, privacy laws (including the EU and UK rules on cookies, and POPIA) don't require us to ask for consent first. We tell you about them here so you know what they are.
3. What we don't use
- No advertising cookies
- No cross-site tracking or social media tracking pixels
- No analytics cookies
4. If this changes
If we ever want to use cookies that aren't essential, for example to understand how Vettro is used, we'll update this policy and ask for your permission first, through a consent banner with a clear choice to say no, as easy as saying yes. Nothing non-essential runs until you agree, and you can change your mind at any time.
5. Controlling cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, you won't be able to stay logged in to Vettro or buy Pro.
