- Is Pro available yet?
- Not yet. Pro subscriptions open shortly; until then nobody can pay for Vettro. Everything in the Free column works today, so you can create a free account now.
- Is there a free trial of Pro?
- No. The Free plan is how you try Vettro, for as long as you like, before you decide to pay for Pro.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, at any time: open the gear icon (top right) → Subscription → Cancel subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and Pro continues until the end of the month or year you've already paid for. There are no refunds, except as stated in our Refund Policy.
- Can I get a refund?
- Payments aren't refunded, except for duplicate charges, billing errors, refunds Paddle makes as the seller, and where the law requires it. In the EU, EEA, Switzerland and the UK you're asked at checkout to agree that Pro starts straight away, which ends the 14-day right to cancel. The details are in our Refund Policy and Terms.
- Who takes the payment?
- Paddle, our merchant of record. It shows the price in your currency and handles sales tax where you live.
- What do I get for free?
- 2 markets of your choice, each with a full tile: upcoming scheduled events with countdowns, recent news and Vettro's brief, dated and with their sources, the last 2 official releases, why each event matters and a short version of how the market has typically reacted, and 2 “Ask about this market” questions a day. You also get the Ripple Map for events connected to your markets, every central bank's rate and next meeting, the rate gaps for your markets' currency pairs, and the Trend Analysis charts (12 months; the figures and written analysis are Pro) and scoreboard for the economies behind your markets. The clock and banner, Light and Dark, the glossary, the guide, and your data download and account deletion are for everyone.
- Can I change my markets on Free?
- Yes, once every 30 days. On Free you follow 2 markets; you can swap them for another2 once every 30 days, and changing both at once counts as one change. Choose Markets shows the date of your next change and a countdown. With Pro you can choose any number of markets and change them any time. If you go back from Pro to Free, you keep the 2 markets you added first, and a new30-day period starts.
- What does Pro add?
- Any of the 52 markets, changed any time, each with its full tile: events, news, up to 9 recent releases and the full breakdown of how markets have typically reacted. 50 “Ask about this market” questions a day instead of 2. Every event and market on the Ripple Map. Central bank statement tone and “Why this matters for your markets”. Every currency pair's rate gap, with its history. Trend Analysis for every country over 24 months, with the figures behind each chart, the written analysis, comparisons and news themes, and every economy on the Scoreboard. - Does Pro give trading advice?
- No. Free and Pro both give information, context and history only. Vettro never tells you to buy or sell; you make every trading decision.
